As our architectural office in Baku is growing and we have a pipeline of interesting projects, we are seeking an
Office & Community Coordinator.
You will be responsible for:
• Assisting with monitoring and purchasing office supplies while managing vendor relationships
• Assisting with the general office calendar and meeting room schedules through Outlook
• Procuring beverages and catering set ups for meetings
• General office appearance curation of the communal space
• Answering phone calls and e-mails and redirecting to the appropriate party
• Coordinating the shipments of documents, models and material samples
• Assisting the Office & Community Manager with facilities maintenance
• Working with the Office & Community Team to assist on all ad hoc requests from the entire staff
