• Strong conceptual and design skills
• Ability to express design ideas quickly, clearly and succinctly
• Ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design team
• Ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project
• Good aesthetic sensibility, with an eye for detail and accuracy
• Strong ability with Rhino, AutoCAD, Vray, Adobe Suite (Revit is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• The ability to be proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in response to direction from managers
• Great interpersonal communication skills
• The ability to work well in a dynamic team, with a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
Required skills and experience:
• Professional qualification as a Part II Architectural Designer or an equivalent overseas qualification
• 0-2 years post qualification experience
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English- spoken and written
• Experience working in a leading international architectural office on published references
